Tested it and everthing works as designed. The ly only minor issue is the display is on the dim side, although it is fully legible. There is no dimmer swithch on it. It did not come with a remote control. I have a genuine Yamaha RAV 254 remote control theat controls the entire receiver perfectly. Comes with brand new alkaline batteries.
