Vtg Lenoxx SL-700 Multiplex stereo Rare Receiver 8 Track Cassette AM/FM WORKING
Here is a rare vintage Lenoxx SL-700 combination AM/FM tuner, cassette player/recorder, and 8-track tape player/recorder. I tested everything I could: Unit powers up and all the lights and meters appear to work.Tuner works well.Cassette playback works well. Rewind, fast forward and tape counter all work as expected. Playback sounds good.8-track playback works well. Sounds good. I did not test the record function on either tape section. I also did not test the satellite speaker outs or the aux input. Note that the speaker outputs on this unit are RCA jacks - converters are readily available to allow light gauge speaker wire to be used. There is a bit of static in the volume knob and the balance control - this got better with use but did not disappear entirely.
