The FISCHER R31S Tube Receiver
This is a Fisher R-31S (or R-31 S) tube AM/FM stereo receiver chassis from around 1960. It was primarily used as a modular component in Fisher console systems, such as the rare Ambassador III (A-920) Danish Modern / MCM console. It's an early transitional stereo model (stereo tuner section with a mono power amp section) that includes multiplex (MPX) jacks for adding an external stereo decoder, which was a forward-looking feature for its time. Unit and all bulbs function perfectly. 135 watt Tube amp
