Sansui F-6013 Driver Boards Rebuild Receiver Recap Kit for 5000X 5000 5000A
Up for sale here is this Sansui F-6013 driver board rebuild set. This includes all the parts you need to rebuild two (2) F-6013 driver boards (one for each channel). These are found in most (but not all) Sansui 5000X receivers, and can also be found in some (but not all) Sansui 5000 and 5000A receivers. Please check your receiver to see which boards are in it before you order this. This kit will NOT work for the older F-1040 boards, though I have a kit for those available here. Over time the driver boards start developing issues with the capacitors and trimmers, and often the old parts are weak and failing. We will make them new again! This kit includes enough parts to replace all the electrolytic capacitors, all the trimmers, and the single TR801 transistor. It does NOT include replacements for the other transistors, or any resistors. This kit is meant to rebuild working driver boards, so if your receiver is smoking or blowing fuses, if you see visible damage on the driver boards, or if you have the old F-1040 driver boards, this kit will not fix your receiver. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts. The capacitors are all Nichicon KT, Panasonic FC, and Wima film caps at the correct uf and the same or higher voltage ratings, the trimmers are new Bourns trimmers, and the transistors are the correct Fairchild/Onsemi subs for the original transistors. These are extremely high-quality parts, and they are what I use when I rebuild Sansui gear. I will include a surprisingly well-written instruction sheet, but this is a fairly complicated and delicate rebuild, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron and a dim-bulb tester.
