Realistic STA-52 Complete Rebuild Kit High-Quality Receiver Recap Set
Up for sale here is this rebuild kit for the Realistic STA-52. This includes replacements for all electrolytic and tantalum capacitors in the Realistic STA-52, and includes four 1N4148 diodes to help replace the two MV-13 varistors in the amp section. The original output transistors are four 2SD313 or four 2SC789. Those are no longer being made, and any available on eBay are most likely counterfeit and may damage your receiver. These outputs can be replaced with TIP41C. I have those available here. New capacitors are Nichicon PW, Nichicon KL, Panasonic FC, and Wima film capacitors. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts, the same parts I use when I work on vintage stereo gear. I will include surprisingly well-written instructions, but this is moderately complicated, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron and a dim-bulb tester with a 40W, 60W, or 100W incandescent bulb.
