New Relay for Sansui 8080DB & 9090DB Receiver w/ Instructions
Up for sale here is this brand new replacement power supply relay for the Sansui 8080DB and 9090DB receivers and probably others as well. This is NOT for the regular 8080 and 9090, it's only for the DB models. This is fairly easy to install as long as you know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron. I will email you installation instructions when you purchase this. Please see my pictures for details. A note about working on the 8080DB/9090DB:The circuit board with the relay appears impossibly hard to work on, but it's actually quite easy to access. Remove the top and bottom covers of your Sansui, and then look at the top towards the front. There are a few screws to remove and a few wires that unplug, then the whole front end with all the tuner boards will just tilt towards the front and come off. Once that's off you can work on the boards underneath, including the board with the relay. US shipping and handling is $5, and international is $18, no matter what quantity you buy.
