Marantz 2330B Power Supply Capacitor Upgrade Set High-Quality Receiver Recap Kit
Up for sale here is this power supply board recap set for a Marantz 2330B. This includes all the parts you need to recap a Marantz 2330B power supply. Vintage Marantz power supplies were run pretty aggressively, and often the old parts are weak and failing. We will make them new again! This kit includes all 14 capacitors, 10 transistors, and 3 double diodes. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts. The capacitors are 105° Panasonic FC and Nichicon at the correct uf and same or higher voltage ratings, and the transistors and diodes are the correct Fairchild/Onsemi subs for the originals. These are not cheap Made in China parts, they are extremely high-quality and they are what I use when I rebuild Marantz power supplies. The 2330B does have a relay in it, which should probably be replaced as well. If you are looking for replacements for the dual 6800 uf 80v capacitors, they do not make them anymore, so you will have to either gut and restuff the old capacitors or you can get a little circuit board and put a pair of caps on that and mount it. I will include a surprisingly well-written instruction sheet, but this is a moderately complicated rebuild, so you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron. You will also need heat-sink compound for the one heat-sinked transistor. Please see my pictures for details.
