Marantz 2265B 2285B 2330B Phono Rebuild Kit P400 Board Receiver Recap Set
Up for sale here is this P400 phono board rebuild set for a Marantz 2265B, 2285B, or 2330B. This is all the parts you need to rebuild a Marantz P400 phono board in any of those receivers. Please note that this is NOT for the 2265, 2285, or 2330 receivers--those are different. Over time the phono boards start developing issues with transistors, diodes, and capacitors, and often the old parts are weak and failing. We will make them new again! This kit includes all 8 capacitors, as well as replacements for the four smaller transistors. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts. The capacitors are all Nichicon PW and Nichicon KL caps at the same uf ratings and the same or improved voltage ratings, and the transistors are Fairchild/Onsemi KSA992FTA, which are the correct subs for the original transistors. These are extremely high-quality parts, the same ones I use when I rebuild Marantz gear. I will include surprisingly well-written instructions, but rebuilding a board is at least mildly complicated, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron. Accessing the underside of this board is HARD, so be ready for some fun! This kit may not fix your Marantz if it has other issues, but it will definitely help it run better, and should fix most phono board problems. Please see my pictures for details.
