Marantz 2240 2240B Power Supply Rebuild Recap Kit Capacitors Transistors Relay
Up for sale here is this power supply board recap set for a Marantz 2240 or 2240B. This is all the parts you need to recap a Marantz 2240/2240B power supply. Vintage Marantz power supplies were run pretty aggressively, and often the old parts are weak and failing. We will make them new again! This kit includes all 8 capacitors, 7 transistors, 3 diodes, and a new relay. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts. The capacitors are all 105° Panasonic FC and Nichicon PW caps at the correct uf and same or higher voltage ratings, the transistors are TIP41C and OnSemi KSC2383YTA, the diodes are one 1N4148 and a pair of OnSemi double diodes, and the relay is a new Omron part. These are the same parts I use when I rebuild Marantz power supplies. I will include surprisingly well-written instructions, but this is moderately complicated, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron. Please see my pictures for details.
