Marantz 2235 Power Supply Capacitor Upgrade Set High-Quality Receiver Recap Kit
Up for sale here is this power supply board rebuild kit for a Marantz 2235 or 2235B. This is all the parts you need to rebuild a Marantz 2235 or 2235B power supply. Vintage Marantz power supplies were run pretty aggressively, and often the old parts are weak and failing. We will make them new again! This kit includes all 8 capacitors, 7 transistors, 5 diodes, and a new relay. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts. The capacitors are 105° Panasonic FC and Nichicon PW caps at the correct uf and same or higher voltage ratings, the transistors and diodes are Fairchild/Onsemi, and the relay is a new Omron relay. These are the same parts I use when I work on Marantz gear. I will include surprisingly well-written instructions, but rebuilding a power supply is at least mildly complicated, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron, and you will need heat-sink compound as well.
