Kenwood KA-3500 Integrated Amp Ultimate + Upgrade Kit Genuine Parts Restoration
This is the best KA-3500 kit available. Our Ultimate kits closely match the original capacitor values using high quality parts. This Ultimate+ kit goes further. We upgrade the main filter caps AND all the other filtering caps in the power supply and audio boards. This improves dynamics and tightens up the bass. We also implement bipolar caps in the signal path for values above 4.7uf. Bipolar caps sound better than polar caps. Period. Like our standard ultimate kits, all signal path caps 4.7uf or smaller are replaced with Wima MKS film caps. Film caps are ALWAYS preferred in the signal path over electrolytics. You will be pleasantly surprised at how much better your KA-3500 sounds. We include detailed instructions on installation as the KA-3500 is a bit tricky due to not being able to remove the bottom plate.
