It is in good physical condition, but I cannot speak to its functionality as this item is UNTESTED. It came from a receiver that, when I obtained it, had already been stripped of several items thus rendering it inoperable. Therefore, it is necessary that this item be sold as-is for "parts" with no returns. Shipping is calculated by eBay from my location to yours based upon a package measuring 6" x 4" x 4" and weighing 8 ounces. If buyer address is outside of the U.S., the customs and shipping will be handled by eBay's Global Shipping Program. I have no control over that service or what they might charge.
