It contains the separate 45 spindle. Powers up. Sold AS IS (for parts only or repair). The cabinet is in pretty good shape, scuffed up, but no tears. The handle is functional, but a bit worn. Untested, but in checking it out I found that the turntable moves, but slowly and there is a hum in the motor.
