Marantz 4300 Power Supply Capacitor Upgrade Set High-Quality Receiver Recap Kit
Up for sale here is this power supply board recap set for a Marantz 4300. This is all the parts you need to recap a Marantz 4300 power supply. Vintage Marantz power supplies were run pretty aggressively, and often the old parts are weak and failing. We will make them new again! This kit includes all 9 capacitors and 7 transistors. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts. The capacitors are all 105° Panasonic FC caps at the correct uf and same or higher voltage ratings, except that one capacitor has a slight increase in capacitance for a slightly longer relay delay time. The transistors are OnSemi KSC2383YTA and Central TIP41C, which are the correct subs for the original transistors. This also includes replacements for the two double diodes, the 150 ohm power resistor, which should be re-mounted higher so as not to cook the board, and the 1000 uf 63v capacitor that is normally located off-board and has wires running to the board. These are the same parts I use when I rebuild Marantz 4300 power supplies. I will include a basic instruction sheet, but recapping a power supply is at least mildly complicated, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron, as well as a little heat-sink compound.
