• excellent vintage tuner • my husband will be completely testing this tuner before shipping this out we are in the process of doing this as of today 1/7/26 • before picking plugged in and yes light went on and tuner started measuring frequencies but he will be hooking speakers up and checking it further to make sure that we fully describe the condition. • packing will be from a two-decade eBayer (me) experienced with those heavy/bulky difficult items • goes UPS Ground
