Marantz Model 22 Complete Recap Kit High-Quality Receiver Rebuild Set Twenty-Two
Up for sale here is this rebuild kit for the Marantz Model 22 receiver. This includes replacements for all electrolytic capacitors in the Model 22, including the 2 main filter caps. It also includes replacements for a number of transistors and the 1 uf film caps on the amp board, as well as a new relay. There is a service bulletin for the Model 22 regarding changing two resistors and adding a third resistor, and those are included. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts, the same ones I use when I rebuild Marantz equipment. The main capacitors are Nichicon LS 6800 uf 80v caps of the same diameter as the originals, so they will fit the clamps. The other capacitors are 105° Nichicon PW, Panasonic FC, Nichicon KL, Wima film caps, two Supertech axial MPT film, and one Kemet safety cap. I will include surprisingly well-written instructions, but this is moderately complicated, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron and a dim-bulb tester with a 60W or 100W incandescent bulb.
