Pioneer SX-434 Complete Rebuild Kit High-Quality Receiver Recap Caps Transistors
Up for sale here is this rebuild kit for a Pioneer SX-434. This includes all the parts you need to rebuild the Pioneer SX-434 power supply board, main board, and tuner board, and includes upgraded replacement main capacitors. This does not include new lights, fuses, or output transistors. I have the light kit listed on eBay. Replacement output transistors are two KSC2073 (replaces 2SD313/2SC789) and two KSA940 (replaces 2SB507/2SA489), available here. This kit includes the following:6 capacitors, 6 diodes, and 3 transistors for the power supply board22 capacitors and 16 transistors for the main board14 capacitors and 2 transistors for the tuner board 2 main caps (4700 uf 63v, the same physical size as the old caps)Instructions These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts. The main caps are Cornell-Dubilier or Kemet 4700 uf 63v caps, the other capacitors are 105° Panasonic FC, Nichicon PW, Nichicon KL, and Wima film caps at the same uf ratings and the same or higher voltage ratings. The transistors and diodes are new Fairchild/Onsemi parts, the correct subs for the originals. These are the same parts I use when I rebuild Pioneer equipment. I will include surprisingly well-written instructions, but rebuilding a receiver is moderately complicated, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron, as well as a little heat-sink compound.
